SG Casting began in 2022 as a small idea, almost accidentally, and I could never have imagined how quickly it would grow. What started as a leap of faith has since turned into something I’m so deeply proud of.

I was so honoured to be nominated for Creative Businesswoman of the Year. To be recognised alongside such talented, inspiring and accomplished women was incredibly humbling, and being in that room was a reminder of just how many brilliant women are building and leading remarkable businesses.

One of my favourite parts of the evening was wearing this beautiful custom dress created by @purplepeachdesign . We collaborated on the design together, and I absolutely loved bringing the idea to life. In a lovely coincidence, the floral fabric on the corset is the exact pattern Jacinta used to create the costumes from one of my favourite short films, The Wilde Sisters, directed by @taineking . It felt like one of those small, serendipitous moments that made the night even more meaningful.
