Last week, partners from across Medway came together for Place Partnerships 2-day Leadership Training. An opportunity to build confidence, clarity and connections to support system-wide change for physical activity.

During the two days, partners explored how to work differently, listening to communities and creating the conditions for people to be active in ways that matter to them. The training provided a valuable space to reflect, challenge thinking and strengthen relationships across organisations.
