A huge and well deserved congratulations to Nick Phillips on his @societyofcameraoperators Presidents Award.

Creating the first Libra Head in 1985, to then working on Castaway (1986) and The Princess Bride (1987).

As technology advanced the Libra line did too, working on the Libra 4, 5 and 6, through to today and the Libra 7. Not one to rest Nick continued to develop the Mini Libra Head along with the new Underwater Libra Head, a 3 axis stabilised head that’s capable of working to depths of up to 11 metres.
