I bought a Ricoh GR III from eBay and just received it yesterday. I was so excited that I immediately went out and started taking photos. It’s my first time using a fixed-lens camera, and to be honest, it felt a bit uncomfortable at first. I’m used to shooting with a zoom lens on my Sony, so I instinctively wanted to zoom in to get the composition I had in mind — only to realize I couldn’t.
The Ricoh has a 28mm lens, and honestly, I’m still not sure how to frame my shots with it(even in cinematography). But I guess this will be a brand new experience for me😹
By the way, the color of it is so amazing.
