Hybrid Turbo M140i on two different TCU files. First clip being the initial base and the second clip being the final fastest revision dipping nicely into 4s 100-200kph, both pulls are on the same ECU tune at the same boost and timing. Only difference at the time being gearbox tune and you can see that difference clearly 💨

UK’s fastest DI only B58 100-200kph 🤌🏾🇬🇧

Wrapped up Matt's FL5 Build!

Right now, it's on a super conservative Break-in tune at just 26psi of boost and 7200RPM limit, with an E30 blend of fuel. Once the break in process is completed,we will change the oil again and retune to see what it'll REALLY make.

We built this engine to go the distance.It features our @1to1tuning.co1:1-650 Shortblock and Pocket Port on the head.

The @skunk2racing Ultra Stage 1 cams are a HUGE proponent in making the low end spool up and also the top end power. When tuned right,this DROP IN cam set is serious and I'd put it amongst the top offered for these engines.

@rv6p 660 Turbo is barely breathing at this boost level, cant wait to get into the mid 30s

@xtreme.di 1400cc Injectors are performing well as always

@fullracemotorsports HPFP is only at 60% Duty here, with plenty left in the tank!

@xclutch_usa Stage 1 kit feels like factory, smooth as butter!

Once we pair a @cobbtuning Intercooler with the SF Intake, the air temps will keep cool for higher boost levels.

On Thanksgiving while the shop was closed, Chase drove 4 hours round-trip to get his car on our dyno and finish dialing in his 93-oct tune.

The car put down 576WHP / 477WTQ on straight 93 with only an upgraded DI system — no port injection and no ethanol.

Power comes from the @precisionturbo NextGen 6466, our ported 2.3 head, and our SP320 grind camshafts, which drop the dynamic compression drastically and help with knock resistance on pump gas.

This @cobbtuningSF Redline intake is the BEST one to use on the FL5/DE5 platforms, period.

The @rv6p RV6-660 AS is a BAD unit. Much more boost to go with more fueling capabilities and opening up rhe exhaust over stock.

The @4pistoncylinderheads TR2 cams continue to impress, making more power on less boost, and revving to 8K RPM while still making power.
