For children, a bicycle is a way to get to school on time, stay active, and feel like they belong.

Your team can help make that happen for 2nd-graders in your community.

Build bikes together, give them directly to the children who need them, and experience the joy of creating real impact... TOGETHER.

A stronger team starts with giving back

When employees come together to volunteer, they build connections differently

According to a recent Forbes article, a whopping 97.5% of surveyed employees reported feeling a greater sense of belonging to their organization after participating in a volunteer event (‼️)

At Wish for Wheels, we see this every day

Teams collaborate, build bikes, and experience the joy of giving, strengthening their relationships and boosting engagement in the process

Want to build a stronger, more connected team?

Start with giving back. Learn more about partnering with us at the link in our bio!

Since 2004, we’ve worked toward one BIG Wish: getting more bikes and helmets into the hands of 2 Million+ 7 and 8-year-old students in Title I schools.

One of the ways companies help us move that mission forward is through Team Build & Give experiences.

Whether you’re looking to:
• bring your team together outside of the office
• plan a meaningful CSR initiative
• create a memorable offsite or team outing
• strengthen collaboration across departments
• or give employees a hands-on way to give back

A Team Build & Give experience creates space for connection, teamwork, and impact all in one event.

Community service programs can do a lot more than fill a calendar or check a CSR box.

When they're built with intention, they create stronger connections, bring teams together in new ways, and give employees an experience they actually remember.

Swipe through for a few ways companies can create community service programs that support both their teams and the communities around them.

What’s one thing your company does to make community service more meaningful for employees?

Team lunches are great… until they become the default.

You eat, chat with the same few people, head back to work, and by the next week everyone’s back in their usual routine.

There’s something different about getting people out of work mode and into an experience they can actually share together. A little friendly competition, a lot of laughs, and moments that bring people outside of their usual circles.

If you’re planning a summer offsite, CSR initiative, or team event, this is your sign to think beyond the usual and create something people will still be talking about long after the day ends.

Send us a message and let’s make it happen.

A bike is never just a bike.

Since 2004, we’ve seen how one bike can spark confidence, independence, movement, and connection for a child. The impact goes far beyond the first ride.

That’s why every Wish for Wheels Build & Give event matters so much to us. For many kids, receiving a bike opens the door to new experiences, growth, and opportunity.

And for the teams building and giving those bikes away, the experience sticks with them too. Watching a child ride off smiling is a reminder that what’s being handed over is so much bigger than a bike.

Last week, we broke a Wish for Wheels record, serving students in a total of 16 different schools in just one week!

Behind every one of those school visits was a group of employees who stepped away from their normal workday to build bikes, connect with each other, and create a moment these children will remember for a long time.

This milestone alone is proof of all of the good that can happen when companies decide to turn team building into something bigger.

To every corporate partner who helped make this possible: thank you for showing up, building with purpose, and helping us create opportunities for 2nd-graders across so many communities in a single week.

Everyone loves the idea of a team CSR event… until the planning begins.

The logistics, the setup, the coordination, the timing, the supplies, the facilitatioN, it all adds up quickly.

That’s where we come in.

We handle the experience from start to finish so your team can focus on showing up, building bikes, and connecting with each other while making an impact in the community.

We’re on our way to West Side Elementary in Bentonville, AR, to surprise 2nd graders with brand-new bikes.

Yesterday at our open house, we teamed up with @wishforwheels to build 61 bikes on site, all ready for today’s big moment. It is a powerful example of what happens when product safety, mobility and community come together in one place.

At SGS, we are proud to support cycling safety and build confidence from the very first ride, one child at a time.

A lot of team events assume connections will happen just because people are in the same room.

What they see instead is that most people end up sticking with the coworkers they already know and go back to business as usual the next day.

The difference is usually in the structure. When there’s a shared challenge and a clear outcome people are working toward together, especially for a greater purpose, communication becomes more natural, and teams start interacting differently.

That’s the shift we see during our Team Build & Give events all the time.

What’s the best team event you’ve ever been part of, and what made it actually work?
