In 2025, we were selected, together with @_ocaarchitects, to lead the transformation of an existing industrial facility into a new Care Community Centre.

The proposal embraces the existing precast concrete structure as a valuable resource. The intervention becomes an exercise of identifying what can be retained, what must be reinforced, and how both can coexist.

A new steel framework is introduced to support and strengthen the original structure, extending its lifespan while enabling future adaptability. This additional layerensures structural performance and offers the possibility of adding a new floor.
