<두 개의 눈>은 2020년 국립아시아문화전당에서의 초연 후 2021년 국립극장 여우락(樂)페스티벌 개막작, 2023년 서울문화재단 대학로쿼드극장 초청공연, 2024년 키르기스스탄 건국 100주년 기념 초청공연 등을 통해 무토와 입과손스튜디오가 함께 만들어온 공연 음악을 기반으로 만들어진 음반입니다.
