Suzie van Staaveren (@suzievanstaaveren) is een kunstenaar wiens praktijk is gestoeld op het idee van bemiddelen tussen de menselijke en meer dan menselijke wereld. Lou-Lou van Staaveren (@uollou) is tuinierend fotograaf en medeoprichter van Pleasant Place.

Garden Tools and Pelargoniums marks a new chapter in the living garden installation at EENKAS. In celebration of Pleasant Placeβs latest Garden Tools issue, the presentation brings together a constellation of tools. Some shaped by the imagination of artists, others drawn from our personal collections, each carrying its own history of use, care, and attention.
Pelargoniums have been part of the EENKAS installation from the very beginning and will take center stage in 2026. Thriving in the light and warmth, they love the greenhouse as much as we love them. This coming season, we look forward to getting to know the genus more intimately and to sharing our knowledge as we get acquainted with these hardy and fragrant plants.
