“Charlie’s Treasure“ is an interactive digital storybook that follows the journey of little Charlie as he discovers a magical treasure chest in his grandmother’s attic and embarks on an adventure to discover the magic of the Mid-Autumn Festival 🥮🌕

Inspired by the stories passed down by our elders, we wanted to bring this classic folktale in life in a fun, interactive storybook format for young kids (age 6-9) and their families to enjoy.

We’re excited to share a new project in celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival!💫

“Charlie’s Treasure“ is an interactive digital storybook that follows the journey of little Charlie as he discovers a magical treasure chest in his grandmother’s attic and embarks on an adventure to discover the magic of the Mid-Autumn Festival 🥮🌕

Inspired by the stories passed down by our elders, we wanted to bring this classic folktale in life in a fun, interactive storybook format for young kids (age 6-9) and their families to enjoy.

Thank you immensely and infinitely to the team for making this possible — @xulinillu whose beautiful illustrations created a world full of wonder and warmth beyond what we could fathom, @shihabmian for so graciously and meticulously breathing life into each page + element + transition with such thoughtful motion, @joseph.lcz for building the entire digital home for Charlie’s Treasure with so much patience, care and attention towards every interaction, every little technical detail — we honestly couldn’t have dreamed of more incredible collaborators to bring this to life.

Lessons from the creative pursuit | Ep. 10 | if you’re unsure of whether that idea you’ve been brewing deep in your heart is actually worth committing to (especially when time/money is limited and life is always pulling you in other different directions) — instead of asking whether it’s good enough of an idea to pursue, ask yourself: would doing this make me a better person?

Someone I look up to share this piece of advice a few years ago that I think about all the time. It’s such a simple but significant answer to those feeling stuck on deciding which one of your many ideas are even worth pursuing (if any). Reframing creativity to be more about the process of how it shapes you, rather than the output, really shifted my perspective.
