@rocketfuel_shortfilm’s changed mi life and getting to stand in those rooms representing a story about estate childhoods and working-class kids from Bradford was summat I’ll never forget.

Big love to @leahsnappysnaps, @nickybedu, Teddy and @chris_overton_, @rachelshenton and @moustafawehbi for backing the film and helping get it out into the world. Massive thanks @caseybshaw, @charleshumphreys_, @ukfullyfocused and @_slickfilms for believing in it from the start.

Seeing the film connect with people the way it has been unreal. It feels like an even bigger door’s opening now. One thing that will never change is our passion for supporting emerging filmmakers and actors along the way.

Set within the everyday reality of young people navigating education, relationships, pressure, and self-worth, Bottled up shines a light on the emotions many suppress but rarely speak about.

Through raw performances and authentic storytelling, the film explores what happens when emotions are ignored for too long and the importance of creating spaces where vulnerability is no longer seen as weakness.

We were out in full force last night to celebrate our first ever @BAFTA nomination for our @BBC shortfilm Rocket Fuel, written and directed by @jordonscottkennedy, produced by @caseyshaw and Exec’d by @leahsnappysnaps .

We might not have taken home a statue on this occasion but it was the biggest privilege to be nominated with the very best TV of 2025, that’s a huge achievement for our team, and it was most definitely a taste of what’s to come for our very special Indie!

Fully Focused does things differently and we’ve proved it works, seeking out the very best talent that might otherwise not have access to this industry - training and upskilling, supporting, nurturing, providing paid work placements and making every one of our productions an inclusive, welcoming and KIND place to make the very best TV and films. Being joined by @addysekhon , one of our young team who was pivotal to the camera team, and the exceptional @kamikamanzi was the cherry on the cake.

We’re definitely on a journey and we can’t wait to see what’s next!

Celebrating our very first BAFTA nomination in style🎊

For over 15 years, we’ve worked to support underrepresented young people through an industry that many feel is not built for them - and by putting them first we make great art in the process.

It was always our hope to connect with audiences who rarely feel seen, and 100 million film views later, we know we are doing that already. But to be recognised by the wider Film/TV industry hits different because it feels like the industry is truly changing.

We hope to continue smashing glass ceilings, taking a holistic approach to the barriers young people face entering Film/TV, and working with phenomenal talent like @jordonscottkennedy and @caseybshaw to bring films like Rocket Fuel into the world.

We don’t do it for the statues, but you know we’re going to be rocking up to the BAFTAs in full swag mode, honoured to be in such esteemed company.
