In March of 2025, Saba and No ID released “From the Private Collection of Saba and No ID,” a critically acclaimed collaboration that is both a masterclass and a timeless work of art.

In September of 2025, Universal Audio brought them back into the studio — this time, with cameras rolling.

The two walked into the studio with no agenda and left with “Paygrade Demo”, a collaboration that adds to the already remarkable body of work from Saba and No ID.

Purchased from @reverb, Universal Audio recently acquired a rare tube mixing console built in 1966 by original UA founder Bill Putnam Sr. for Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. The desk, colloquially known as “Caesars Console,” holds a special place in UA history, having mixed live performances by legends like Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland, Diana Ross,Tina Turner, and hundreds more.

“This isn’t just a piece of equipment; it connects me with my dad,” said Bill Putnam Jr., CEO of Universal Audio. “I deeply admire the craftsmanship of his work and the historical significance of this console’s journey. Bringing it home is my way of preserving his legacy and inspiring new innovation here at UA.”

Jamming to ‘Human Nature’ with the Enigmatic ‘82 plugin from @uaudio. The Enigmatic allowed me to fine-tune the circuit of the D-styled ODS amp to achieve big, bold, clean tones with huge headroom and a touch-responsive feel.
