Thanks to @realliveinc , Specialist ‘N’ Tru-Skool will host an evening where they do a listening session, a question an answer section, a breakdown of the songs and a live music segment with vocalists and musicians.
You’ll be able to get your hands on exclusive merchandise ( vinyl’s etc ) on the evening.

Quite interesting watching @diljitdosanjh on The Tonight Show ( @fallontonight ) on YouTube in my living room in Derby…… the same living room where the actual song was made.

I kept looking at the tv and then looking at the spot where I was making the song 😄

Such a genuine person and one of the absolute best Panjabi vocalists ever.
Unique and gifted with natural talent. A very passionate, kind and intelligent person.
He has countless known hits and countless brilliant lesser known songs.
He was part of the golden era of UK Bhangra music. It was Dippa Dosanjh and Balwinder Safri who permanently changed how we listened to Panjabi vocalists in the UK back in 1991.
We then saw the rebranding of the brilliant Meshi Eshara, the return of the legend A.S Kang, the return of Malkit Singh in the UK and the debut of the amazing young Jazzy B.
Combined with the talent and efforts of many brilliant musicians and new record labels (too many to mention), Panjabi music listeners in the UK experienced a very remarkable era, truly special and unforgettable.

Dippa’s voice made people reconnect with Desi culture. A truly unique and powerful voice combined with style and passion. There will never be another vocalist like him. His impact was huge, his brilliance was acknowledged by deserving recipients.
