“Car Thoughts” 🚙💭 Sitting there thinking… when I’m more engaged in my life, I move through its waves better. When I show up more fully as myself, life meets me with more aligned opportunities…

My instinct is to try to “figure it out” — WELP, no dice! 🎲 Key🔑 is to keep showing up, fine-tuning my perspective and approach, even a slight gradation. The secret 🥷🏻 resistor inside me attempts to keep me from experiencing pain, but it only keeps me stuck. 🙅🏼‍♀️ And usually when I know I pray for clarity, I actually just need courage. Becoming less attached to outcomes, yet fully participating (“serenity prayer”) has helped move through struggle and transitions. 🎢 WoooOoo!! Working on controlling what I can, and leaving the rest up to God.

The threshold between a thought and our reactions is the difference between succumbing to comfort (or fear,
“boo!” 👻) or breaking the cycle and operating from a higher place—honoring my future self. (Looking good, future you!) 💁🏼‍♀️ When we are able to let go, boy oh boy, do we gain so much more. ❤️🫂
