From the slopes of Mount Etna 🌋
Last year, we travelled to Sicily to brew with our friends from @birrificioitaliano and @3sonsbrewingco. And for now you can taste it at MBCC festival today!

Cannoli Connection is a 12% ABV imperial pastry stout inspired by Sicily and one of its most iconic treats: the cannoli.
Dense, dark and complex, enriched with sheep’s ricotta and aged in Tuscan Vin Santo barrels.
It came out of Mount Etna air, endless food stops, tiny Sicilian bars, sea views, long conversations and the kind of ideas that only seem to happen on adventures like this.

Somehow, all of that found its way into the beer 🍻
