Week after week, Nica is still waiting.

At this point we’re starting to think Austin is playing hard to get.

This one-eyed little tabby has somehow become the cat version of that hidden gem everyone walks past and then later says, “Wait… how was that still available?”

Nica has already been through more than most cats ever will. She lost an eye and basically responded with: “Cool. Anyway…” Then went right back to being playful, curious, affectionate, and completely fearless.

She loves people. Loves attention. Loves playtime. Loves snuggling. Loves carrying around her purple octopus toy like she has important cat business to handle.

And despite only having one eye, she doesn’t let that slow her down for a second. One eye. Full personality. Maximum purr settings.

There’s somebody out there scrolling right now who is supposed to see this and think: “That’s my cat.”

Go meet Nica at Tomlinson’s next to H-E-B on Burnet and help this little legend finally find her home.
