Basically this is a painting, Of apicture at a peaceful protest for Black Lives Matter, it got far more uncivil when the police began “doing what police do”
So I Wanted to test myself
and see if I can legitimately paint movement and threat,on a small scale.
NowI don’t particularly trust horses,
and I don’treally like the police.

Buthey ho, I really really love this painting.
I’m chuffed with the outcome
just a shame it’s a copper and not a cowboy. 😂

Still (in my opinion)31 years later, one of the greatest films ever made. So I decide to paint,
one of the main characters “vinz”

The Seminal French film.

Follows a day in thelife of three friends
in the wake of a riot and obvious civil unrest.
The film tackles Police brutality, racism and social class.

All shot in stark black and white visuals with a killer hip hop soundtrack.
