Do you realise how unconsciously we misuse our voice every single day?

The way we sit.
The way we breathe.
The way we forcefully clear that scratchy feeling in the throat.
The way we shout… when all we truly needed was projection.

Slowly, unknowingly, we begin damaging the very instrument through which we express, connect, sing, speak and feel.

We have become so conditioned to living mechanically that we rarely pause to ask:

“Is this good for my voice?”

And then one day, we wonder — Why do high notes feel strained?
Why does speaking feel tiring?
Why does expression feel blocked?

The truth is: the voice is not merely a sound-producing mechanism.

It is a living instrument.
And like every instrument, it demands awareness, tuning, rhythm and care.

Through years of classical music training and over a decade of theatre and performance experience, I have been deeply exploring the relationship between voice, body, musicality and emotional expression.

To challenge many myths around voice and to reconnect people with this magnificent instrument, I am conducting a specially curated workshop — Sur Se Shabd.

For actors, singers, performers, speakers and anyone who wishes to discover the deeper potential of their voice.
