We just believe that having clear expectations before anything ever gets out of hand is the smartest way to protect our community and the culture we’ve built together. 💜

• Kindness & respect for every dancer
• A judgment-free environment
• Safety for all ages
• Clear boundaries around behavior
• A dress code that supports comfort & professionalism
• “See something, say something” accountability

The Lab is more than a studio — it’s a family, and families thrive when everyone knows the values we stand on.

JIRO @itsjirobaby brought great energy to our Michael Jackson-inspired class at The Lab Creative Studio this week. Having danced since he was around 10 years old, he talked about enjoying the challenge of learning Michael Jackson’s movement style while keeping the choreography smooth, detailed, and controlled at a fast pace. One of his favorite parts was seeing the movement broken down in a simple but effective way while still keeping the original feeling of the choreography. By the end of class, Jiro made it clear he’ll definitely be back for more themed sessions at The Lab. Thanks for coming through J!
