This song and its foundation came completely from panic and frustration. I started working on some demos with @connorvogtproducer and in that same week, we lost our OG page on most socials. That was a major blow to momentum, but also felt like everything we’ve built up over the last 10 years wasn’t sustainable if even one building block got taken away.
So we pivoted and decided to access every bit of creativity to button up this song. It’s been a very frustrating campaign rebuilding and reconnecting with all our friends from over the years, but it’s allowed us to start conversations again and make some new ones.

We’ve been around for awhile and I pride myself on doing everything myself where I can, but this entire process showed me it’s okay to ask for help from your friends when you need it, and it’s okay to be a little needy.
