She came to me in September with a really simple goal.

She just wanted to feel healthier, stronger, and more comfortable in her own skin.

The gym felt intimidating of not knowing what to do, feeling like everyone was watching, not knowing where to start

it felt like too much and that was ok! We met where she was at and started simple in her own living room

We focused on technique and building consistency.

We made sure she was actually eating enough around a schedule that was already packed from teaching all day.

And something started shifting. Not just in how she looked in how she felt.

Picking things up off the floor felt easier.

Getting through long days on her feet felt different.

Her body was quietly getting stronger in ways she didn’t even notice at first.

She felt confident enough now to join @teampinklab

She trains there every week.

She tries movements that used to feel scary.

She shows up even on the days it’s hard. And she does it all while managing a full time job and a life that doesn’t slow down for anyone.

10 inches off her waist. Almost 2 dress sizes down. And she’s not done!

She’s not at her final destination.

But she is so much further than the woman who stood at the gym entrance in September and decided it wasn’t for her yet.

Kimberly has been working with me since mid-February, this before photo is from about a month into us training together.

When she began working with me, her goal was to lean out her midsection while still maintaining the strength and muscle she built with @fitcoachmaryaaam 🫶🏼

She’s stayed consistent with 3x/week training, shows up to each session with a positive attitude, and always gives it her all. Her lifts have stayed strong and continue to progress 🤩

While she’s leaned out in her midsection and upper body, the scale hasn’t changed much which is a great reminder that the number on the scale isn’t everything!!

She’s about to start a meal plan soon and I’m excited to see what the next phase of her progress looks like 💓💪🏼
