For years we have loved being a part of this community with fantastic clients, staff and vendors. Creating bespoke and memorable events is our passion has been the fuel to keep creating and growing. It has been such a rewarding and fun business, we truly love it.

We have made the decision to close the event segment of our business. As many of you know we have a cookie company @bellscookies.us that we started during the pandemic and has continued to grow worldwide. Bells Cookies needs more attention and at the moment having both businesses isn’t conducive to also spending time with our growing family.

🌴 Cabana Club 🦜

The proof is in the pudding! When the right creative partners understand each other and the goal of an event, true magic unfolds. Thank you to our spectacular clients for entrusting us with of your special events!

🐚 From our initial renderings to assembling our team, we rely heavily on our relationships with our favorite culinary partners, builders, stationery designers, musical talents, and parking/hospitality partners.

🍹 Guests arrived to this Cabana Club wedding well taken care of - clear signage and shuttling attendants greeted them and they were given sun hats, fans, parasols, and shade.

🏝️ We worked with our incredible friends at Table Catering to create a feast for the senses. They wowed guests with three happy hours and welcomed guests with beautiful refreshing mocktails and a welcome bite upon arrival. 🎶 Miguel Rockwell played cabana-themed music, transporting guests to a magical tropical vacation as soon as they set foot on property.

🦜 Mekala from Tie That Binds is a spectacular partner and worked hard to bring the most bold and striking architectural details to life in print and on the walls.

🔨 We built out our clients’ property from a beautiful but virtually unusable space to a multi-level cabana club with a happy hour deck, a ceremony platform, and a dining deck. Our lighting friends set the mood with capiz shell and rattan lamps and chandeliers. 💡

Many thanks you to our build teams for creating this magical space, custom building cabanas, paint matching, and sewing into the wee hours. We love when Aleah says “we’d like to paint the entire decking blue” you say “great, what paint tone?” 🎨
