This year’s 404 Day was a masterpiece of pure sonic bliss. Table Beats joined forces with the legendary Stones Throw and Ace Hotel Kyoto to host a night headlined by none other than the beat maestro himself, Knxwledge.
The energy at Ace Hotel was truly special. What struck me most was the beautiful tapestry of people—travelers and locals from every corner of the globe, all dissolving into a single, swaying groove. It was a powerful reminder of how music can unify any crowd.
Knxwledge took us on a masterful journey, wielding his SP-404MKII in DJ mode alongside external effects to sculpt a seamless soundscape. He skillfully recontextualized a wide array of tracks beyond his own discography, keeping the floor in a state of constant elevation. Representing Table Beats, Ballhead and dhrma delivered incredibly tight live sets, showcasing the raw power of their signature beats.
It was one of those rare, unforgettable moments where creative freedom and spontaneous inspiration collided. For a few magic hours, everyone in the room was intoxicated by the music. A massive thank you to Stones Throw, Ace Hotel Kyoto, and every single soul who joined us to make this night a piece of history.

Table BeatsはStones ThrowさんとAce Hotel Kyotoさんとの合同企画でKNXWLEDGEをゲストに招いてパーティーを開催しました。
まず、このAce Hotelさんというベニューの特徴として世界各国からあらゆる属性の人が集まっている中、アーティストが紡いでゆく一つのグルーヴの上で皆がそれぞれ自由に体をゆらしているのがとても印象的でした。
KNXはsp404mk2のDJモードと外部エフェクターを駆使して自分が関わった曲以外の音楽も巧みにミックスしながらフロアを盛り上げていました。
Table Beatsを代表して出演したBallheadとdhrmaも自身のビートでタイトなライブパフォーマンスを披露。
自由な環境と自由な発想が交差し、短時間の中で全ての人が最高の音楽に酔いしれた素晴らしいひと時となり、とても思い出深いイベントとなりました。
Stones Throwさん、Ace Hotel Kyotoさん、そしてお越しくださった皆様、素敵な一夜をありがとうございました。
