Taking on our first fully immersive Hologauze VFX show in just six weeks from concept to delivery was no small feat — and it simply wouldn’t have been possible without the

Petronas F1 – Delta

To ‘Delta' means "to move in another direction". Envisioning this concept, we utilised sharp angular lines to aesthetically contribute as a component that leans into fast-paced bursts of energy, whilst employing aggressive motions of glitches and linework to showcase the relentless power the car has over its environment.

We produced this spot for Petronas’ F1 team in UE and C4D, honing in on various different features and workflows. Utilising Niagara, we created real-time fluid simulations and of course used UE's amazing lighting and rendering technology. The motion design was produced in C4D and then the images were composited using a mixture of UE-to-Nuke and After Effects to create the final product.

In just under six weeks, we adapted the original show assets provided by Wētā for this activation. This was no ordinary undertaking for our talented team.

Creating the Stranger Things finale experience was only half the story - the real magic happened behind the scenes, working alongside industry-leading professionals at
Amplify, Netflix, Bursty, and Eat The Elephant.
