We had success lighting the blue screens with low intesnsity blue light. We also did high density @arri s60 soft boxes so we could have a decent chance in pixelating cloud chasing effects. Pixelated @creamsource vortex 8s to do effects on the ground. And @elationlighting artist Monet’s for our hard sun/moon sources we rigged on max menaces. More from the archives. I gaffed a commercial for the calm app featuring lebron. It was an insane prelight. 16 hours! One of the best thing we did was this practical setting sun set. 20x60 seamless muslin. We rigged about 30 @arri s60: for the color wash. Key Grip Carlos Escobar built a 12’ diameter snoot for a 20k we dimmed down to next to nothing and then added full straw to. Thanks to all involved! DP: Ryan Helfant
