Those antenna arrays are looking sus to my trained eye… I hope I’m not showing anything classified here, but I mean, the facility is literally named “Vernadsky” and it’s sitting out there in Antarctica... So if I were the Ukrainian deep state, I’d absolutely be deploying phased-array directed-energy scalar interferometer and longitudinal wave systems and ionospheric heaters there to cook up some neat noospheric frescoes: informational sigils etched directly into the noosphere. In the old Soviet PSI legacy programs, an unnamed research institute in Sukhumi supposedly had another word for them: “химеры” (“chimeras”)… aka noospheric tattoos. Same thing really. Vladimir Vernadsky was a Soviet visionary scientist who discovered and coined the concept of the Noosphere - an invisible planetary superorganism or layer of consciousness forming around the globe: a living informational field generated by human and non-human minds, accumulating, storing, processing and spreading information and memory via sudden inspiration, revelations or "downloads".

Fun fact: In the fictional universe of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series, these ideas evolve into the secretive organization “О-Сознание” (“O-Consciousness”), a collective of scientists attempting to directly manipulate the Noosphere through large-scale psychic and scientific experiments. According to the games’ lore, their goal was to alter humanity’s collective consciousness and eliminate the darker impulses of the human mind, but the experiments instead triggered catastrophic distortions of reality around the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, creating the anomalous and nightmarish world known as the Zone.
