Around this time last year @subrosabakery had an awful fire that forced them to shut their doors. But their resilience, positive attitude and love for their community and craft kept them going. It’s been a privilege to follow Evrim and Evin through this process and document their reopening!

We have been wanting to give them a shout out for some time but this was eclipsed by the whirlwind of reopening the bakery!Much of the behind the scenes work required to resurrect a destroyed building can get overlooked but suffice it to say we wouldn’t be here without the care, attention, and effort of the Corinthian team.
