Wednesday: learn to cross stitch to make a picture or coaster. Take pixel art to a whole new crafty level! This is also great for fine motor skill development.

Thursday: students can design and stitch an appliqué picture. Pokémon, paws or anything they imagine!

Every project is adapted to age, confidence and ability so everyone can create something they are proud of.

A huge thank you to Holly and the amazing @stem_venturi team for taking our Craft + Code kits to the Sanjay Mortimer Foundation RepRap Festival this weekend 🙌

This is what it’s all about - collaboration, creativity and ultimately reaching more children from different backgrounds with hands-on technology. And what a place to do it.

@sanjaymortimerfoundation is a charity dedicated to supporting neurodivergent young people in engineering and STEM, helping them discover their strengths through making, designing and building. The festival brings together engineers, educators, makers and families for two days of demos, workshops and innovation - all while raising funds to support young people with neurodiverse minds to thrive in STEM. 

Holly and the @stem_venturi team will be there all day today and tomorrow. So, if you’re nearby get yourself down there, have a play with the kits and grab yourself an exclusive festival discount.
