Air Force Veteran John requested a Supply Crate because he hasn't been able to justify the expense with a large family to take care of:
"I served in the U.S Air Force for 12 years. I loved serving my country and I miss wearing the uniform. My career was cut short when I was diagnosed with a disease that could cause my death suddenly. I served in a variety of capacities. I did everything from guarding nuclear weapons, to working with explosives, secret squirrel missions, to base defense. I enjoyed it did it with honor and gratitude. I medically retired in 2019. During. This I was treat very badly by my peers and leadership. I dealt with racism, and belittlement. If I didn't research the regulations, I wouldn't have received a lot. I was forced to to go to the Inspector General to get my retirement documents from my leadership. I couldn't understand why this was happening to me. I struggle with social problems, anxiety and suicide thoughts. I would love to connect with more veterans. I have thought about it a lot but my wife and I have seven kiddos and can not afford it right now. Thank you for reading my story and I would be extremely grateful if you can help me connect with other veterans."
Thanks to TioSmalls for supporting this gaming care package!

So @stackupdotorg exists to remind America they promised they would “Never Forget”. And yet every May, every “Military Appreciation Month”, every #MemorialDay, I have to shout louder and louder to be heard.
Infuriating, but we will continue to hold America to its promise. #neverforget

Joshua, who is serving in the Air Force, requested a Supply Crate because he wanted an activity he could enjoy with his friend:
"We started as a group of 4 individuals before they split us up due to higher leadership moving SOTUs around the AO. So now it's just the 2 of us supporting 5 separate SOTUs running ragged. We've got a good handle on things now but it's been a tough couple months getting to this point and I know we could use the distraction that gaming helps provide that we both love."
Thank you to CoopersCharms for supporting Joshua and his pal's gaming care package!

Army Veteran George requested a Supply Crate because with his PTSD he's been struggling to focus on the things he should be enjoying.
"Hi, I have PTSD. I served for 12+ years and have 3 major combat deployments. One with the 75th Ranger Regiment, One with the 82nd (least favorite), and one with 1st Group. I didn’t come back from any of those the same as I went in. I’ve been out now for five years and while I do have a great support system set up and excellent mental health help from the VA, I’m struggling with focus and attention span. I can’t get through tv shows or movies without struggling. I used to love gaming. Mostly D&D or sport types (golf/football) games. I keep trying to save up to buy a console, but damned if money management isn’t one of my issues ( that I’m working on) and I just can’t seem to get there. I’d appreciate some help to get some kind of entertainment and enjoyment when I’m alone. Thank you."
Major chefs hats off to @chefsteve330 who supported this Supply Crate through his amazing food truckin' efforts!
