Love when a memory comes up and reminds you of a massive life change ! 5 years ago I was on day 300 of my stop drinking and smoking , something I wanted to do for me and my NewbornDaughter Addie , so I could be the best dad I could be and live a longer life .
Today I was reminded I am now sitting on day 2,134 and closing in on my 6th soberversary.

Day 2000 has landed on mysober life of not drinking alcohol or smoking cigarettes . Day 1000 I was up on fortress mountain in Kananaskis Alberta , Canada and as 2000 days hits I’m back home with Addie in Sydney ,Australia on the beaches where I grew up .
One of the best things I’ve ever done for me , even though I’m struggling having snacks and gaining weight .
So next challenge as I go towards day 3000 is to be as fit as I was at 18 years old …….
