Isthako means "in love"- not in malayalam, but in AH'R SAMSA!

AH'R SAMSA is a special language developed for the film #Kayattam. It is the Language of hearts. It is the the language of spirits. #Ahrsamsa

The film has 12 songs which were written, composed and recorded live in the #Himalayas. Music director Ratheesh Eettillam @eettils , singers, Devan narayanan @cokc_roach , Aastha Gupta @kaidiaathsopaanch , Ashitha(kiki)@dhavanyaa , Sonith Chandran @sonickmoon together with Sanal Kumar Sasidharan @sasidharansanal wrote the lyrics- The first one being #Isthako.

The film "Kayattam" directed by Sanal Kumar Sasidharan was shot in the dangerous terrains of the mighty Himalayas. Besides exploring the ancient philosophical concept of #Maya, the film mainly explores the society's view point on a woman travelling solo. A visually stunning piece of work filled with songs and colours, Kayattam was entirely shot on iPhone #shotoniphone - one among the many wonders the film technicaly speaks of. The lead characters are done by Manju Warrier @manju.warrier , Vedh @iam_vedh and Gaurav Ravindran @gaurav._.raviwith Sujith Koyickal @sujithkoyickal , Ratheesh Eettillam, Devan narayanan, Aastha Gupta, Ashitha (kiki),
Sonith Chandran, Nandu and Bhuphendra khuranna @bhupendrakhurana in supporting roles.
The film is produced by Shaji Mathew @nivmathew , Aruna Mathew and Manju Warrier under the banners of NIV Art Movies @nivartmovies and Manju Warrier Productions .
Other technicians include Chandru Selvaraj @chandruselvaraj on camera, colourist Liju Prabhakar, Location Sound by Nived Mohandas @nivedmohandas and Art Direction by Dileep Daz @dileepdaz with Bineesh Chandran @bineeshchandra and Binu G Nair @binunairg as executive producers. Stills by Firosh @kukklife_ . Songs are released through Manorama Music.
