We are living through a technological transformation redefining what it means to be human.
Artificial intelligence is reshaping the foundations of society. Trust, belonging, democracy, work and the systems that sustain life.
Its promise is extraordinary. Its risks are profound.
The 2026 Wisdom & Action Forum: Trust in the Age of AI will gather 300 leaders from business, government, academia, technology, and the arts to explore the question at the centre of this moment:
How do we remain human, and build trust, in an age shaped by AI?
Together, we will examine the dynamics transforming our world: artificial intimacy and identity, AI’s ecological footprint, the future of work, democratic resilience in an era of misinformation and how AI-infused systems influence human agency.
This Forum is not about the mechanics of technology.
It is about what this transformation means for humanity. For our relationships, our institutions, our sense of meaning and our shared future.
It embraces complexity, resists simple binaries and invites the richness of diverse perspectives from science to philosophy, art to AI, spirituality to systems thinking.
To guide us through this exploration, we’re thrilled to convene an extraordinary lineup of inspiring minds. Our first speaker announcement includes: Krista Tippett, Cameron Adams, A.C Grayling, Julie Inman Grant, Toby Walsh, Svetha Venkatesh, Indy Johar, Lucy Thomas and Matt Kuperholz.

Before we ever earned our first dollar, money had already taught us something.
It taught us through the silence at the dinner table when the bills arrived. Through the way a parent's shoulders dropped, or didn't.
These moments, the ones we rarely speak of, become the invisible architecture of how we relate to money for the rest of our lives. Researchers call them financial flashpoints and they shape how we hold wealth, how we give it away and whether we feel we deserve it at all.
At Small Giants, we believe that the legacy you want to leave cannot be built without first understanding how your past relationship with money shapes every decision you make today. And that once you can see those beliefs clearly, you can begin to revise them, and if needed, replace them with something more productive and intentional.
If this resonates, Journey to Impact might be the program you have been looking for. A two-day program for wealth holders ready to explore what it means to invest with intention, purpose and self-awareness.
Join us in London on 18 and 19 June. Find out more via the link in our bio.
Thanks to our partners @betheearth.foundation and the Impact Investing Institute for making this program possible.

Today, B Corp turns 20. And we could not be more proud to be part of this movement.
Twenty years ago, B Lab's founders asked a simple but radical question: could business be measured differently? The answer is now an ecosystem of over 10,000 companies around the world proving every day that business can be a force for good.
At Small Giants, this has always been at the heart of what we do. We have walked alongside this movement, and we have seen first hand what becomes possible when leaders commit to a different way of doing business.
This milestone is a moment to celebrate and recommit to what we know to be true: that the future of business depends on how well we look after each other and the world we share.
Happy 20th birthday, B Corp. Here is to the next twenty.

“What does it mean to be human? How do we want to live? And who will we be to each other?”
These questions from Krista Tippett guided this year’s Wisdom & Action Forum: Trust in the Age of AI.
We traversed expansive terrain and welcomed many perspectives. We’re still processing the depth and richness of the three days we spent together.
As our co-founder @berryfeather reflected, AI will reshape everything from our nervous systems to national security.
Together, we sat with the tensions of our time: trust and fear, efficiency and humanity, progress and security, control and surrender. Not as opposites to be solved, but as truths to be held together.
As @audreytorg reminded us, the path forward calls for “curiosity, collaboration, and civic care.”
And in the words of @tristanharris “If we can be the wise version of ourselves, we can make it through this.”
Our deep gratitude to every contributor who brought such generosity and depth to the conversation and to our partners who made it possible: @claytonutz @bcorpaanz @rmituniversity @creative.australia @australianethical @patagoniaaus @fancyfilms @giantleap.studio @goodproperco @thesociableweaverhomes @unless.financial @valiant.interiors @frankwildco @todaydes

We are still carrying the learnings, conversations, wisdom and hope that we got from the Wisdom & Action Forum last week.
On the final day, we asked participants what resonated with them after this experience. This is what they shared.
And we would like to extend this question to you, how are you feeling about AI right now?

What a gift it was to serve our first Communitea. A place where all are welcome to pause and drink in the moment. Thank you for the friends who showed up, our beautiful server Ellie & such a special space to commune. More soon.

Before all others, there was one mother who held us all. The one whose forests breathe for us, whose oceans feed us, whose soil grows everything we eat. A mother who has given endlessly and asked for so little in return. Our wonderful Mother Earth.
Today we honour her. And we honour every mother who carries that same spirit of devotion, the women who held us, shaped us, and loved us into who we are.
May this Mother's Day be a reminder to care for our mothers with the same devotion they have always given us.
Happy Mother's Day 🌍🌿

There is a voice that has accompanied generations of us into the wild. Quiet, unhurried, and full of wonder. A voice that has stood at the edge of oceans, walked through ancient forests, and looked up at skies filled with wings, and invited us to see the world through nature’s eyes.
Today we celebrate the man behind that voice. David Attenborough turns 100.
“We are at a unique stage in our history. Never before have we had such an awareness of what we are doing to the planet, and never before have we had the power to do something about that. Surely we all have a responsibility to care for our Blue Planet. The future of humanity and indeed, all life on earth, now depends on us.”
― David Attenborough
His greatest act of leadership was to make us fall in love with an intricate, fragile and breathtaking world – with a world worth protecting.
Happy birthday, David. Thank you for opening our eyes to the beauty around us.
This week we’ve been at the @abbotsfordconvent pouring coffee for the @wisdomandaction forum by @smallgiants.
It’s been a week fuelled by good coffee, big conversations, and extraordinary people.
On the third day of our Wisdom & Action Forum, where this year's topic is Trust in the Age of AI, we asked participants what excites them most about AI and what keeps them up at night. These were their answers. What would yours be?

Applications for both of our 2026 Mastery programs close tomorrow, Friday the 8th of May at midnight. The need has never been greater.
We are living through a moment of profound change. AI, climate change, economic instability, war and geopolitical rupture have converged in ways that are reshaping not just industries, but the very conditions in which we lead.
These challenges cannot be solved in isolation. They require leaders from across industries to do the work together, in community with those who not only understand the complexity, but bring different perspectives and fellowship to one of the most important undertakings of our time.
Mastery of Business & Empathy
For leaders who refuse to separate purpose from performance. A transformational year exploring the tools, frameworks and inner work required to lead well in this moment.
Mastery of Systems Leadership
For leaders ready to understand the systems shaping our world, find the leverage points, and lead regeneratively through complexity.
Both programs offer transformative retreats, world-class faculty, deep peer learning, and a global community of 1800+ Fellows walking the same path.
If this resonates, tomorrow is the last day to apply to our masteries.
