My song 'Change The Wind' is out today. When I set the release date I hadn't thought about what last night would bring. I didn't write this song with any thoughts about politics, it's about looking for hope within your circumstances and that you can change your path and the cards you've been dealt, all is never lost. I hope it brings you solace, however you feel today:

2 years old. 34 lbs. White and brown Beagle perfection. Pure love.

Laddie came into East Valley Animal Shelter less than TWO weeks ago… and she’s already been listed to die on 02/23. Her last day to save her is 02/22. 💔

The shelter euthanasia reason is “behavioral”: timid, anxious, shy, wary of handling. They mention growling and barking in her kennel 😒

But here’s what the volunteers say:
She’s improving every single day.
She is sweet.
She is loving.
She is just scared.

Imagine being dropped into a loud, overwhelming shelter when you’re a sensitive little Beagle girl. Of course she’s afraid. Of course she needs time.

She needs a foster or adopter willing to let her feel safe enough to be her best self. And once she trusts you? She will give you her whole heart.

What a magical afternoon with @meditatingwithanimals Pamela Robbins. Connecting with horses and experiencing how they ground your spirit, and all the wisdom they have to share with you, followed by a beautiful sound bath and mediation under an oak tree.
