Simon d’Exéa vive e lavora a Roma dove coniuga l’anima parigina con quella sanlorenziana. Formatosi prima alla Scuola Romana di Fotografia, diventa poi apprendista di Claudio Abate e collabora da diversi anni con l’artista Ileana Florescu. Fotografa perlopiù mostre, opere d’arte, architettura e gatti ma raramente persone perché è convinto che sublimarne il lavoro sia fondamentalmente più utile. Di natura timida, produce anche ricerca artistica sotto svariate forme visive, scritte o anche orali ma ne troverete poche tracce in questo universo, per ora. Ama il Mediterraneo ma soprattutto i bonifici bancari e non capisce né le donne né perché stiate ancora qui a leggere questa insulsa biografia.

È il 14 febbraio 1990 quando la sonda spaziale Voyager 1 scatta questa foto del pianeta Terra che, da una distanza di oltre 6 miliardi di chilometri, appare come un pallido punto blu. L’immensità dell’universo ci spaventa e ci affascina. Chi la pensa come @simondexea ?
