We are super excited to announce that we officially signed a lease with the great team at @shift_capital for a new warehouse on Kensington Avenue. Not only are we doubling our square footage so we have more space to store MORE toys, but we also have some great office space for the team too! And more importantly, we’re excited to be taking part in the positive economic development that Shift is bringing to Kensington!
To make the space nice for our team and make the move as easy as possible, we have a grant in with @honeycombcredit 🚀

We had the chance to visit our El Centro High School project that we completed earlier this summer. 100+ students now call this home in Kensington and we couldn’t be prouder of all the teams involved in the journey: @shift_capital, @el_centro_philly , @kssarchitects , and Shift Builders among others. Originally from Rochester, New York, Kelly is currently enrolled as an MBA and MPP (Master of Public Policy) candidate at The University of Chicago.
Her interests and experiences have long drawn her to work at the intersections of housing and impact investing.
Kelly’s passion for social impact has led her on various adventures around the world including Kauai, Lesotho, Jordan, and Argentina to build affordable housing projects.
We’re excited to have Kelly as part of our team at SHIFT. Here’s what she had to say:
