“Slow Down” OUT NOW

At first I wrote this from a place of lack, being overrun with self-defeating narratives about myself such as:
“I’m running out of time”
“I’m too old”
“What if they think I’m a failure?”
“What if no one will remember me when I die?”

The ego-driven insecure voice inside me, coming from a place of scarcity and fear, trying to take root and prevent me from living my life with presence. I asked myself to slow down… just slow down, take it in, accept the journey as it is with all its warts and strange turns, and find joy in uniqueness and pace of my own path. This kinda became a mantra that found its way into the song, and is still an exercise for me in my day to day life, just trying slow this dam thing down and enjoy it while it lasts in this form. Maybe some of you connect with this. If so, this song is for you 🙏
