Philadelphia Artists! We’re back again tomorrow night at 6:30 for Art Class at @starboltphilly . This time, we will be practicing glazing techniques and collaborative painting methods. Bring a friend to jam on a painting with or come join the crew!

Philadelphia Artists! Our 3rd session of Art Class is tomorrow night from 6:30-9:30pm at @starboltphilly . We will be practicing perspectives, so please bring your painting stuff as well as a piece of paper and pencil. Also a straight edge like a ruler might help. Look forward to it ya’ll!

Yo Philadelphia Art People! Tonight at @starboltphilly 6pm we will be doing our second edition of Art Class. This time, we will be doing a large collaborative mural (5x12’ canvas) in the back yard. We’ll be practicing spray paint techniques and mural transfer techniques such as projection. No need to bring your own canvas, but paint, brushes and lights are all appreciated. This is a donation based class so I’d love to have ya’ll join me in making a dope painting.

Recent mural that I completed for a private residence in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. I really love murals and I’ve been trying to make it my profession this year painting them. I am incredibly grateful for the owners trust to let me design what I wanted for this. Also have been really happy to spend time painting outside of the studio I meeting friendly folks in my neighborhood. I hope to do more like this!

I started this painting as my teaching demonstration at a workshop in Costa Rica. I then sat in on the classes from my co-teachers @blakefosterart and @morganmandala , and I incorporated elements of their lessons in as well. I also had @atlas1.618 @lucci.kat and a little @themandalamoon get down on this one too. I then took it home and put some finishing touches on it in oils.

Philadelphia! Next Monday on 3/30 I’m doing an Art Workshop at Starbolt Philly. I’m offering this class on a donation basis to connect with my local artist community. All skill levels welcomed. Come on out if you live here and like art!

Currently working on this oil painting. Almost through the underpainting phase and then I think I will make it slightly opalescent. I plan on building a frame for this one as well. If you’d like this in your space lmk, I’d be happy to lock it in and reserve it for you.
