t. anna and t. grace, thank you for giving me the chance to be one of the bridesmaids for don quixote. 8-year-old me at the 30th anniversary never would’ve thought i’d be one of the soloists 10 years later. thank you for continuously believing in me and bringing out the best in me. i wouldn’t be the dancer i am today without your guidance ❤️

t. elmer, your ballet classes were something i looked forward to every day ❤️ each one was filled with so much joy and lessons i’ll carry with me on and off stage. thank you for also letting me be part of your beautiful contemporary piece. your artistry and creativity will always amaze me.

t. lia, thank you for bringing me out of my shell through your jazz classes. over the years, i’ve grown more confident and comfortable dancing a different genre because of you. i’ll always remember your #1 rule: don’t be shy! 😁❤️

t. fiona, i always look forward to dancing your heartfelt choreographies every summer. i leave each class inspired by you and your team. your piece this year is one of my favorites, i couldn’t hold back my tears while dancing it on stage. esha, elsie, and alainey, i’m so grateful for the bond we’ve built over the years. so happy we get to grow together both in and out of the studio. you’re all incredibly talented and i’m always in awe of your dancing ❤️ i miss u guys already! ☹️

lastly, my sisters — vida. all the blood, sweat, and tears are worth it because i get to dance with all of you. you motivate me to become the best version of myself, as a dancer and as a person. i’m forever grateful to have shared the stage with you for over a decade. i’ll always look forward to the next time we dance together again. no matter where life takes us, i know we’ll always have each other, forever 😭❤️
