We won Gold with Post Bellum WW2 at the 33rd ADC Czech Creative Awards @adc_cz in Craft: Sound Design — a category recognizing excellence in original music, sound design, sonic identity, and audio craft in advertising.

World War II ended 80 years ago — a time to remember the story of Czechoslovak RAF pilots who once returned as heroes. After the Communist takeover in 1948, they were labeled traitors, imprisoned, or sent to labor camps. Their legacy was finally honored after the fall of communism in 1989.

Marseille holds a deep, personal resonance for me, leaving the city’s sounds etched in my memory. These memories became the foundation for a sonic canvas where every detail serves a purpose. Using the city as both texture and rhythm, I crafted a sound design that naturally carries Casper’s dance in this short film directed by Théo Vincent.

Théo, thank you for inviting me to collaborate, and for the trust you placed in me. Having that freedom meant a lot. It allowed me to create one of the most personal and distinctive sound designs I’ve ever made.
