The first collaborated dish with @ahlam.the.chef1 was the tomato for our pop up @almqalatsa 🍅
Local Tomato, one of the many beautiful fruit and vegetables of the season here in Saudia Arabia 🤩

We chose to let the ingredient speak for itself. A whole stuffed local tomato becomes the centerpiece blending Palestinian and Saudi flavors together. It is surrounded by a clear gazpacho that captures its essence in a more refined, distilled form. We used local wild green garlic to make an oil to coat the gazpacho.
