I was a little pensive about going out on tour again after a six year break, but any fears I might have had were soon put to rest by the people who turned up to see us.

Nick and I were amazed by the warmth we received from everyone. I felt a welcome everywhere that was almost overwhelming.

I felt that it gave me the power and the license to really take it to you all, and especially on the last gig at The Symphony Hall in Birmingham, where it became obvious that my voice had been affected by the onset of flu.

Congratulations and thanks to all of you everywhere for supporting us with such enthusiasm. It’s been a while since I felt as loved. You’ve inspired me enough to think about coming out again for a Part 3.

PS… Apologies for the delay in sending this. Both of us here, T and I, were poorly at the same time, which rarely happens. I’m approaching good health again, and I feel empowered to get back to writing and recording more songs.

The blogs, research and poetry are going to have to take a back seat. Gotta clear the studio out and start again. Can’t wait! Thanks again for the leg up…
