*PARTY ANNOUNCEMENT*

The cat is out of the bag. For the first time ever @thudline is throwing a family affair: a full Dickinson line up! I’m excited to announce I’ve finally got my wonderful uncle @felixdickinson coming up to kick start the summer season! been thinking about this party since I started DJing about 8 years ago, so incredibly happy that it is finally happening :)

Felix really is a DJs DJ. His sets unravel with an energy unparalleled anywhere, cosmic, propulsive, joyous and universal, they constantly threaten to erupt into new surprising directions. It’s true with many DJs, but he really is the only person in the world who can play his set(s).

Pulling from 30 years plus of experience, his performances track back to his early days playing at free parties and illegal raves Brighton, cutting his teeth with the Tonka Soundsystem and their crew, right up to his present day involvement in a local and worldwide scene. Holding residencies and resonances all over the world, he often shines as a highlight at Love International Festival, Houghton and of course Block 9 at Glastonbury, which I had the privilege of experiencing for myself for the first time last summer. It was ridiculous.

Although always exceedingly humble and bashful of his impact, his career extends far beyond DJing, having founded multiple record labels like Ugly Music and Cynic, as well as being a purveryor of his own productions and remixes, stamped indelibly with a distinctive Dickinson flair that’s hard to find anywhere else.

He is also just a fantastic uncle, affectionately named Funcle Felix. I’m just super excited to share the decks with him for the first time, especially as it’s my own party and I’m getting to show it to someone who is certainly in the back of my mind in a lot of what I do, and whose influence I hold dear.

merry thudmas you filthy animals! new party in the new year, and we’re kicking things off with a bang back at @the_berkeley_suite 💥 love every party and lineup I’ve had the chance to put together, but am feeling especially proud and excited about this one!

Starting off, we have none other than @dj__jm ! He first came onto my radar through a string of ambitious and wholly unique techno cuts that swept off my feet immidiately. Originating from Lithuania and now settled in Copenhagen, his journey through the evolving landscapes of the European club scene has been propulsive, along the way collaborating with the likes of TSVI, Wallwork and more recently Tiga and his legendary label Turbo Recordings. His constantly evolving sound is characterised by an eclectic mix of house and techno and the bits in between and on either side, and is defined by a heart-pumpin mix of cutting percussion, big boy bass lines and swirling synths and sirens 🚨

next up we have Manchester based party proliferator @nora________uk ! certainly a new firm favourite emerging in the uk underground scene, Nora has affirmed herself through again and again as a force to be reckoned with, coming thru with sets on @boilerroomtv and @crop.radio , as well as a recent @rinse.fm residency this year. Shes going places and were gassed to have her!!

next up with have my friend beautiful scotland-based babe @d4k5hhh ! Apart from just being a total joy, Daksh has been a seminal figure in Edinburgh’s dance scene in the last few years wirh his party @membraneparty , one I find consistently inspiring in my own efforts as a promoter! Featuring on NTS, EHFM and Kiosk radio, his selections are increasingly fine-tuned, eclectic and representative of a true passion for his craft. A master curator who puts an immense amount of care into his sets and events, I’m ecstatic to have him on board!

Lastly, I’ll also be in the mix, joining Nora for a long overdue B2B :)))
