Graduation day! Lily graduated with honors on this beautiful day. So proud of her! ❤️ Then we celebrated with a cookout at her house with all of her amazing roommates and friends and their families!

Had the pleasure of sitting in front of @annapowelldenton’s camera before our show at @bigearsfestival, and thought I’d share.

Chris Rosenau (@rosno) & Nick Sanborn (@madeofoak) last played EC as a duo in 2019 for Oxbeaux III, the block party our neighbors @the_lakely used to host.
Afterwards Chris, Nick & friends (including Amelia Meath, who is of course 1/2 of @sylvanesso and married to Nick) all landed down the street at what is now @leonas_pizza and was then still My Place. It was karaoke night as luck would have it…which is to say that tomorrow’s show isn’t the first time Rosenau & Sanborn will have taken part of musical happenings in this very space (although per Chris it was only Amelia that actually sang that night, haha).
They even ended up snagging some bar merch, which now lives on as part of Chris’s T-shirt quilt that is pictured here.
& pic 2 is of @leonas_pizza server extraordinaire @big_tall_jake bumping into this crew the very same night!
…so, Eau Claire, help us welcome this duo not only on their return to EC (which is also where Rosenau & Sanborn got it’s start via @eauxclaires!), but specifically back to 406-408 Galloway Street for some new fond memories within these walls (and perhaps a Leona’s tee for the quilt to go along with’em?).
