What an incredible honour to receive the MPG Award for the ‘Best Original Score Recording of the Year Award’ for my role as Producer, Conductor and Orchestrator for the film ‘28 Years Later’. I received this alongside our amazing team, @jakeatair, @jamestrevascus and @tommydanvers and the AWESOME @young_fathers!
Thanks to @hilaryskewesmusic for the mind blowingly good orchestra, to Music Supervisor Simon Astall, to the wonderful Ann Lynch and last but not least, the inspiration and total legend, Danny Boyle!! I don’t think I have ever felt so lucky as I did the day we recorded the orchestra at @airstudioslyndhurstwith Danny Boyle and the Young Fathers in the room with us.
