well as music videos and live performances from

theatre work at Sadler’s Wells.

SUBMERSION ⛴️

A body moving beneath the noise of the city, where
pressure, urgency, and expectation can make it hard
to hear your own voice.

As the outside world fades, movement turns inward.
Dance becomes a way of listening to breath, weight, 
and instinct.

Set beside the River Thames, the dancer moves
between weight and release.

Submersion isn’t about escape. It is about choosing
depth over surface, the courage to pause, feel, and
reconnect with what feels true.
