A whole new meaning to a “work trip.” 🤠✈️

Cole and I just got back from a whirlwind 24-hour turn-and-burn trip to Austin, and it’s still hard to believe this is part of our “job.”

We were incredibly honored to be part of the very first group of people outside of the company ever invited to Rhino World, a massive, private old cattle ranch they are building into an outdoor adventure paradise.

This was the very first trail of the day and I was riding shotgun in a Jeep Gladiator, looking at the convoy of rigs tackling this crazy 45-degree tilt, just thinking “oh my gosh, I cannot believe we are here right now.”

Sometimes we get so buried in the backend of running our content business from our computers that we forget to look up and realize we live a pretty cool life. We got dirty, we got sweaty, we hung out with the coolest group of creators, and we made a ton of fun memories.

While in Wakita, Oklahoma for the Twister anniversary event, we walked around asking people if they knew how to properly apply a tourniquet.

A tourniquet is one of the most important medical tools you can carry—especially while storm chasing, traveling, or responding to emergencies. But just having one in your vehicle or bag doesn’t mean much unless you actually know how to use it correctly when seconds count.

We spent the day at Rhino World outside Austin with a small group of Rhino USA creators and had an absolute blast.

Lots of trail riding in Jeeps and side-by-sides, muddy recoveries, good food, and good people. It was really fun reconnecting with some of the Rhino team and creator friends we already knew and getting to meet some new faces too.

Rhino has some big plans for this property and we’re excited to see what it turns into over the next few years. Really cool experience all around.
