As we age, our connective tissue loses hydration and elasticity, making it harder for the body to store and release force.

Muscles become longer but less responsive, forcing other areas to overcompensate. Traditional stretching often makes this worse by increasing length without restoring recoil.

Real mobility comes from moving better. When you train the FP First 4, you create stretch through coordinated motion that restores elastic recoil instead of accelerating breakdown.
