From a performance at @cutelab_nyc last summer. Digital experiences moshed and pixel-sorted, and drum lines swung using perlin noise on this WIP horror soundtrack about doomscrolling during the plague.

I'm playing a show this Sunday (May 11) at @cutelab_nyc with @kastakila_, @elekhlekha, and @nuuuuuuuuuuu__ .
I've been writing new music in fits and starts, and tweaking my tools to serve the songs better. I will play some of this at the show. Come by!
DM me or the venue for the address.

Last year Reckoner turned 10. I also got to tour in Asia. Dream Deficit Zone #20 reflects on 2024, and talks about what lies ahead in this year.

Jupiter Disco is thrilled to be hosting this weeknight double-header dripping with talent.
Reckoner [@reckonermusic] and Avneesh Sarwate [@avneeshsarwate] open the night with a live synth and computer-generated visual performance. Reckoner delivers a unique ethereal live synth sound with influences from the rock, classical, and ambient spheres. Sarwate is a pioneer in interactive art and live-coded algorithmic visuals.
Baalti [@baalti.mp3], Dynoman [@dynomanmusic], and Lapgan [@lapganlapgan] then take us to close. SF-based Baalti has been a on tear with their take on South Asian-influenced dancefloor vibes, coming off performances with MELT Berlin, Daytimers UK, Avant Gardener, and many more. The multifaceted Lapgan is also in town to give us a peek into the crate-digging side of their brain, and Brooklyn-based Dynoman takes a break from their wildly popular Tarka and Rare Frequency Transmissions series to offer nomadic sounds by way of Karachi.
Set Times:
8:30pm - 9:30pm
Reckoner, Avneesh Sarwate
9:30pm - 2:00am
Baalti, Lapgan, Dynoman

Jet lagged and hazy, still. The last two weeks were nerve-wracking, fast, and joyous all at once. I was pleasantly surprised each time by how many people came out to see us.
Thank you Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Bangkok for making us feel at home. Thank you @kastakila_ and @emptyflash_ for accompanying me into bizarre situations.
I have returned with many more friends than when I left.
