In honor of the first day of the final season of The Chosen here is a little behind the scenes look at one of the most technically precise shots I’ve had the honor to execute for this amazing show! It is a scene from The Last Supper which if you’ve seen season 5, you know it’s told throughout the season in ways that emphasize the many lessons and historic moments that take place over that one meal. @dallas.jenkins @tylermerle and @ryanswanson_ig wrote this engaging scene where the disciples each try to figure out which one of them will apparently betray Jesus and why. Dallas and @akisdp then took it and designed this awesome choreography that I then got to dance and land different group shots and then be lead across the room by nothing but whispers. They also worked in multiple lighting technicians that danced with our boom op @th_studios , my grip @thenickcaldwell, and of course all of our amazing actors! A behind the scenes look at some of the camerawork on Season 5 Episode 1 of The Chosen “Entry.” I wish I had a few more angles on the technocrane and handheld operating utilized in this sequence by the amazing @alleneho.
