ALOHA Wednesday 🤘🏽🎵What’s your favorite FUNKADELIC SONG?🎵….,and Who else grew up listening to “Parliment-Funkadelic”?
I pulled out some of my old Funkadelic albums yesterday & had too much FUN dancing & singing to songs I learned way over 50 years ago, and they still make me 😃 smile!!!
In fact, I have this post in my story, and i received a message from my daughter saying how seeing me dance to this made her happy too… lol 😆!!!
That’s what it’s all about,……do what makes u happy ……and do what brings u joy! ( even if it’s something you learned over 50 some years ago! 🤸🏿‍♀️🤸🏿‍♀️🤸🏿‍♀️) …and yes , I still cartwheel 50 some years later bcuz that makes me happy too! 🤸🏿‍♀️🤸🏿‍♀️🤸🏿‍♀️

ALOHA Thursday! This is one of My Favorite Lonnie Jordan on Vocals 🎤 @wartheband songs!
I try to feed Lonnie fresh organic fruits & vegetables from the Earth, rather than processed packaged foods from the store , when we are home, to mitigate the effects of the road,……. and so far, at 77 years young, he still has STRONG VOCAL CORDS!!!
Plus, I think Lonnie inherited his voice from his beautiful mother, Owena🥰💜💜💜🎤

WOW! What an amazing time with @wartheband at @lacountyfair ! They put on a fantastic high energy show!
Thank u @jonny_juicer ( our Soul Son) , for capturing these amazing moments! It was like a dream come true to have our Hawaii Family ( daughter & grandkids ) with us. It was baby Marley’s first WAR Concert at 18 months of age, and Lonnieran over to Marley to kiss him! #sosweet
One of the highlights of night was when Lonnie invited our friend @teresa.espinosa22 , who happens to be a professional dancer / choreographer / All RAW Vegan 🌱 to dance 💃🏻 on stage during -Galaxy 🎵! Thank u for gracing us Teresa! 🙏🏽♥️
So glad my friend , and amazing Yoga instructor @angelica.cruzz & her sister Anika was with us too!
Our grandkids rocked out all night till baby Marley fell asleep 😴…. lol .
We will never forget this incredible performance & fun for everyone!!!

ALOHA Friday 🌴Our Ohana is here!
They flew 5 & a halt hours across the Pacific Ocean 🌊🌊🌊so we could all be together , and we are all overjoyed !
I truly believe that Grandchildren are the greatest gift 💝 ever!

Yesterday ( May 6th) was our Wedding Anniversary 💕! We had a delicious lunch date at @wildlivingfoods 🌱, and then onto to see The Micheal Jackson movie 🍿 in IMAX!
We loved the movie!…and of course Lonnie had to have Vegan popcorn with no butter 😆!

Don’t ask how long we’ve been married, bcuz I never tell ( 😆) Just know that it’s been decades & decades & more decades, and we truly believe our union was the divine order. Our love for each other is special, fun, ever evolving, & effortless.
We fill each other’s souls daily.
That’s what it’s all about.
